Admission Procedure

Eligibility Requirements

Candidate seeking admission to the Undergraduate (UG) courses should have completed;

• Minimum 5 (Five) passes at IGCSE / GCSE / GCE O Levels including English and minimum 2 / 3 (Two / Three) passes at GCE Advanced Level (A Levels)
• Should meet the subject-wise eligibility as laid down by the respective statutory bodies / councils / university
• Candidate intending to join the health-Related programs are required to have studied the subject of Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
• Foreign Nationals to have Equivalency with Indian Boards, Candidates to obtain the Equivalence Certificate from Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi

A. African Students with University of Cambridge General Certificate of Education (GCE) A Levels Edexcel GCE A Levels and Other GCE A Level Examinations conducted by Cambridge International Examinations British Examining Bodies

B. NEPAL Nationals Seeking Admission should have Migration Certificate - School Leaving Certificate Examination (Grade XI & XII)

Upper secondary education is for students aged 15 to 18. At the end of upper secondary education, students take exams for a Migration Certificate - School Leaving Certificate Examination (Grade XI & XII). Students take the exams via the National Examinations Board (NEB).

• Duration: 2 years (grade XI-grade XII).
• Diploma: Migration Certificate School Leaving Certificate Examination (Grade XI & XII), issued by the NEB. Please note: before 2017, the upper secondary education diploma was called: Migration Certificate - Higher Secondary Education Board Examinations.

C. Candidates seeking admission to the Post Graduate (PG) courses should have completed; Bachelor Degree from a Recognised University by the relevant Country Government.

• Police Clearance Certificate / No Criminal Record.

• You will be required to bring your original certificates for verification and these will be return to you as soon as we receive the same from the university.

How to Reach

• Chandigarh International Airport has flights from Sharjah and Dubai otherwise Nearest is Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) New Delhi. New Delhi is 250 Km from Chandigarh By Road Driving Time is 4 -5 Hrs Depending upon Traffic. We Provide Pick up from the IGI New Delhi Airport.
• Take a connecting Domestic Flight from IGI New Delhi to Domestic Airport at Chandigarh. Pick up is available from the IGI New Delhi / Chandigarh (Airport/ Bus Stand/Railway Station) to hostel.

Accommodation

• The institute has arrangements for Students to stay at Chandigarh and Derabassi.
• At the time of Admission kindly specify the hostel requirements. The institute will arrange accordingly for the same.
• The charges vary from 80$ to 200$ per month depending upon the facilities
• Each Room is having Bed, Cupboard, Table, Chair, Fan, Lighting, Air-Cooler and is attached with Bathrooms.
• On call doctor is provided (Charges can be extra)
• Students have to follow the Rules & Regulations of the accommodation.
• The students can also take their own Lease/Rented/Paying Guest arrangement
• For AC rooms cost of accommodation will be approx 25% extra

Food

• Indian food is provided in the hostel.
• Local Specialty food from Clay oven and small road side(Hygienic) eateries are also available.
• International Food Chains like Mc Donald's. KFC. Pizza hut, Domino's, Subway, Barista, Baskin Robbins, Cafe Coffee Day, Oriental / Chinese-Indian Food is also Available.
• Chandigarh is Modern & Cosmopolitan City. There are all Kind of Food available. There are more than 200 Fine Dine Restaurants.
• Part time- House Maids are also available for cooking.
